Kennawayne started Style Undefined in 2001 through his love of poetry. In 2006, he attended college at McMurry University, where his passion for creativity started to blossom. This passion gave him the drive to create a very unique style of poetry. It was this very unique style of poetry that eventually became Style Undefined Poetry.

Fast forward to 2019 when he wanted to bring his poems to life in some type of way. It started as very short teasers for upcoming poems. However, as he dived into the world of videography he became completely emerged. With the emergence of his video filming and editing not exactly lining up with poetry, it was time to rebrand. He dropped the word poetry and Style Undefined became a brand defined by creativity.

What's a journey without some turmoil? In 2020, as the world was flipped upside down, his would with a stroke. This was a huge set back as he had to lost long term memory, strength in his right side, and ability to be himself. It's also what pushed him to be greater. Fighting against the odds, he relearned everything he forgot and got back to health. 

 

Remember the journey? That led to him traveling, his love for Alaska, driving exotic cars, and learning to implement his unique style from poetry into film.​ Kennawayne pushed to make Style Undefined the definition of limitless creativity. Whether you read his poetry or watch one of his short films, he only hopes you walk away with a fluid imagery of imagination.
